Hi everyone! I know it’s a bit early but as this is most likely to be the final blog post for 2018, barring any spectacular industry news stories I suppose, I want to take this opportunity to wish all my readers a Happy New Year! I would also like to sincerely thank all of you for your continued support and readership throughout the year, personally it’s what makes the effort worthwhile on my part and I hope you found my blog and monitor somehow helpful or beneficial. I hope it continues and would like to wish you and your loved ones every success, good fortune, happiness and good health for 2019 and beyond.

It’s hardly a secret that 2018 was overall a mostly forgettable year in the HYIP industry, that much seems to be agreed upon by most online news and discussion sites, but when I look back on it I honestly have to say it didn’t have to be a complete disaster. Not if you stuck with MNO anyway, in fact it could even have been reasonably profitable. It’s true that there were less really strong industry leaders around this year, less profitable programs in general I suppose, but that doesn’t mean there was none. Other less selective and cheaper monitors (that’s just about all of them by the way!) were absolutely blighted with fast scams, and that’s only gotten worse in the last month. When examining MNO’s monitoring record over the last calendar year however I’m actually really pleased with how things went. The number of programs that deliberately scammed before anyone was in profit has been negligible, and sometimes we even went several months at a time without reporting any of the listed programs getting into trouble or closing. So whereas yes, there were less good programs, there was still ample opportunities to make respectable profit levels from the ones that were listed on MNO. I don’t care what other monitors you follow, I challenge anyone to name just one of them with the same good record.

Going forward I expect nothing less from 2019. I’m not going to be so naïve as to offer any kind of “prediction” that the HYIP industry will be back at levels seen in previous years – though I sincerely hope it is – all I will say for sure is that what ever good programs do emerge in 2019 the best of them will always be included on MNO. Even already I know this for sure, as one very famous and popular admin has already told me so. He’s put literally thousands of you into huge profits with several of the biggest programs over the last several years and has had a new program in the pipeline for early 2019. As far as I’m aware the project has actually been ready to go for some time now, it’s just that the admin felt the timing, market conditions, etc, weren’t really at their best. In his last e-mail to me he said his intention at the moment is to have it launched to the public and listed on MNO by around January or February so fingers crossed for that.

That’s not the only thing you can look forward to in 2019 of course, frequently all it takes is one really big program to drive the success of others. LUXEARN – MIGHT BE PAYING SELECTIVELY NOW. STAY AWAY!

I cannot confirm this with absolute certainty yet but there is a chance that LuxEarn has started paying selectively. There are some complaints from several members of the program on the major investment forums that we cannot possibly ignore. Although the admin of LuxEarn still seems to be active and many withdrawals (including my own) are still being processed I wouldn’t be surprised if the program might change its status on the MNO monitor from Paying to Problem anytime soon. It’s no secret that LuxEarn (reviewed here) worked off the premise of promising sky high returns on a variety of on expiry plans which I explicitly said in my review should be avoided. We saw many successful programs like LuxEarn in the past enticing larger investors by promising pie in the sky payments and at their expense a bunch of smarter and more cautious investors in the daily paying plans were financed. Exactly the same thing happened with LuxEarn and it was clear as day that anyone in the once on expiry plans wouldn’t get paid and the ones in the daily paying plans stand much better chance to finish with a profit. That actually happened to my own investment in LuxEarn when I got my principal returned on expiry of the 1.1% for 100 business days plan I had the good fortune to join back in August 2018 when the program first came to MNO after having being in sleeper mode for almost three long years. Unfortunately, those of you who didn’t listen to my advice and still invested in one of the “trap” plans don’t look as if they will be paid at all, but they have no one to blame but themselves as the warnings were very explicit for anyone prepared to listen. Therefore, those of you who joined under my link and did not get paid on one of the on expiry paying plans are advised to contact me with their details so I could forward this to the admin of LuxEarn and pressure him to pay you in full. If that doesn’t happen the program will be moved to Problem Status on the MNO monitor which might happen sooner than you think. 24/12/2018. CoinIcor Review and Daily News from the HYIP Industry

Merry Christmas everyone! Well, it’s Christmas Eve again (as if you didn’t know!) and I hope it finds you safe and well with your family and friends and enjoying their company. I have my own celebrations planned for the evening, and I must admit the spirit of the season is finally overtaking me despite some fairly unusual and distinctly non Christmas surroundings. I’ve just arrived in Kalaw in the mountains of central Myanmar where I’m hoping to take advantage of there being very little work in the industry now by spending a few days hiking and trekking. I was in fact hoping to take a day off today as well but as good fortune would have it I don’t get to sit around with my feet up. Nothing to complain about because I enjoy what I do and readers will no doubt welcome any sign of growth in the industry heading into the new year. The reason I’m kept busy today is simple – CoinIcor. That’s the name of the last program added to the MNO monitor‘s Premium List and the one I’d like to talk about in a bit more detail before today’s news section.

I suppose the first thing I should say about CoinIcor is to make it clear that it’s not entirely a new program, just new to the MNO monitor. It has in fact been online for an entire month by now, during which the admin was making some improvements and getting it ready for a bigger push in the new year. The fact that I’m even discussing CoinIcor on Christmas Eve at all would suggest that neither the review nor the program itself will get that much traffic over the holidays, but it’s the longer term view that’s more important here with the admin looking at this time to just establish the CoinIcor brand name for now and really get things rolling in the new year. So let’s see what it’s all about and whether you guys see CoinIcor as part of your own portfolios or not over the coming months.

As usual I guess the best place to start is with the investment plans, that being the main reason most of you are probably reading this. CoinIcor is I would say best described as a perpetual style program, that is to say an open ended investment plan. There’s no time limit on the term, i.e. no expiry date, so CoinIcor will pay you for as long as the program stays online. You can join for a minimum deposit of $20, and the interest you earn will be based on the size of your principal. In other words the CoinIcor admin tries to entice bigger spending investors into the program with more generous interest rates, as is typically the way with online HYIPs.

The opening rate for entry level investments starts at 1.5% per calendar day, applicable to all deposits between the $20 minimum up to a maximum value of $499. This rises to 1.6% per calendar day if you are investing from $500 to $1,999, then to 1.8% for investments in the range of $2,000 to $9,999, 2.1% for amounts between $10,000 and $59,999, and the maximum daily interest rate of 2.4% reserved for deposits in the region of $60,000 to $100,000. There isn’t really a great deal I can add to that in terms of analysis or anything, it’s just a simple matter of doing your own calculations starting from the date you join. Work out your own break-even point based on your interest rate and go from there. I would guess the majority of investors would fall into the bracket of 1.5% interest per day, meaning they will need 67 calendar days in order to earn back an amount equivalent to their own initial investment. That’s a little bit short of ten full weeks, after which everything you withdraw from CoinIcor can be considered net profit. Bigger investors will reach this point a bit faster, so as I said do your own calculations for that.

Investors do not have the option to ask for their principals back, so once you become a member you stay one and can not leave again. You might not like the sound of that but in the greater scheme of things it’s actually better for the program and more of its investors. It cuts out the fast grab hit-and-runners and gives the admin more control over the cash flow. It also allows a certain degree of longer term financial planning for CoinIcor, as there are no sudden surprises or unexpected drains on the available funds. In other words the “everyone wants to leave at the same time” scenario that can close other perpetual style programs overnight isn’t the main concern here. I would also think (and hope) the firm knowledge that you are joining without the possibility of getting your principal back should encourage more sensible and realistic spending limits.

I just want to say a few short words about the process of investing and withdrawing from CoinIcor, as some of you may not be familiar with the script. It’s actually very simple, but I guess it never hurts to have these things written down for you too. The main controls you will need can all be found down the left hand side of your CoinIcor account area after you have clicked the “Dashboard” button. After that it’s mostly just self-explanatory, such as clicking the “Add funds” button to invest, the “Reinvest” button to invest from your balance, the “Exchange” button to exchange currencies, and the “Wallet” button to withdraw.

If you like the investment plan enough to want to join CoinIcor, then the next thing you need to know are you payment options. CoinIcor works with a large variety of payment methods though as with so many of the new HYIPs coming along these days tends to concentrate more on the digital options. For the more traditional dollar based handlers you can join CoinIcor using PerfectMoney or Payeer. A wider choice is reserved for those using cryptocurrencies, such as BitCoin, LiteCoin, Ethereum, EthereumClassic, BitcoinCash, BitcoinSV, Neo, Gas, Ripple, Monero, DogeCoin, Zcash and Dash are all taken. The minimum spend remains $20 as determined by what ever the exchange rates of the day are in each currency. Withdrawals have to be requested from your account in CoinIcor and are processed manually within a 24 hour maximum. Typically speaking withdrawals are often quite a bit faster which I hope will continue while the program is still relatively new-ish and unknown.

On the technical side of things such as design and site security, CoinIcor is for the most part much better than average. Some features I suppose you should probably feel entitled to expect as standard now, such as a dependable hosting provider capable of keeping the website online and safe from malicious attacks. CoinIcor runs on a dedicated server with support and protection provided by DDoSGuard. It also has an Extended Validation secure SSL certificate from GeoTrust to provide a deeper layer of protection and safer financial transactions. There’s also a certificate of incorporation in the UK where CoinIcor claims registration as a company. As for a script, the program is running off a user-friendly licensed H-Script which I don’t remember seeing for quite some time now among the programs monitored on MNO. I remember it used to be particularly popular among Russian admins at one time (not that that has any relevance to CoinIcor or your decision to join), though in this case there’s been a couple of alterations made to the way I remember it. For one thing, and I would say this is one feature a lot of readers are going to appreciate, there’s a built-in currency exchanger. So you can join CoinIcor using one currency you may have a surplus of or not have any wish to hold on to, and get paid via a different method if you so choose. Just be aware that various fees may apply depending on the direction of the exchange, where the money goes to and from, etc, so check your members account area for further details first.

Any further questions if you think something was missed in this review or any account related issues that need to be dealt with can be directed to the CoinIcor admin through a couple of different channels. The first thing you should be doing of course to avoid sending off any lengthy e-mails is to read the FAQ, as it’s quite extensive and covers most bases. Otherwise you can write to the admin directly at the listed email address, or fill in your details on the online support form and submit it through the CoinIcor contacts page. Check the Live Chat widget built-in to the CoinIcor website too, it’s not a 24 hour service but if you find an operator there you might get some of the more basic questions dealt with faster. As is becoming more and more popular these days, not only in the HYIP industry but worldwide, you can see the Telegram messenger app in use here as well. So you can chat with possibly the admin or at least a support operator if online. Other than that CoinIcor has a list of regional representatives, something I’m sure most regular industry players will know about. Basically these are mostly just regular investors who, in exchange for improved referral commission rates, allow their contact details to be listed on the CoinIcor website as support operators in their local areas and languages. If this is something you would like to try your own hand at then contact the admin for further info or just go ahead and fill out the application form in your members account area to proceed. Another way to make a little extra cash from CoinIcor is to post a promotional video on YouTube. Check your members area first for the specific requirements, and make sure you have the required minimum number of channel subscribers as well.

As for the alleged business activities behind CoinIcor now, how they claim to be raising the money that pays the members profits, “ForEx trading, currency exchange and crowdfunding” is the explanation. Experienced players will be skeptical, I know, but it’s important even for newbies to remember that if you’re tempted to believe this then even if it’s true it still does not guarantee profitability. Nothing can do that, but at least from the HYIP perspective it looks a highly professional set-up and something intended to make money in the longer term rather than just a fast overnight buck. Of course whether or not the wider investing public take to the program is a whole other matter. Most likely initial growth will be slow given the seasonal factors at least, and perhaps the admin may even prefer it that way. But that’s not a bad thing by any means when it comes to programs like CoinIcor. In fact in this case it can be a distinct advantage. Building a reputation (and being prepared to work on it) over the coming weeks and months by which time this one could easily be a potential industry leader. Ultimately when you join any online investment program you do surrender control of your money so they’re all something of a shot in the dark to a greater or lesser extent. That being said, CoinIcor has as good a chance as any new program I’ve seen recently to make some real waves in this business. Just remember to establish some very clear guidelines about spending – never go past a sensible figure you can afford to lose as well as easily earn back from other sources if your investment doesn’t work out, and if joining CoinIcor at all then keep them as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

MNO TALKBACK – POLL RESULTS AND NEW QUESTION ASKED

Time now to check the results of the poll on the MNO TalkBack page from the last week and post a new question on your results in the industry over the last twelve months. So let’s start with the new question as it marks the end of 2018 after all and help us reminisce on the high and low points of the year. Having started quite well with a couple of great programs at the start of the year, by the end of May we saw the HYIP industry descending into an ever deepening crisis. There were still a great number of programs appearing online daily but the overall quality was severely diminished. And as a direct result of that some investors suffered significant losses but may still have been able to recoup in the last quarter of the year when some stability returned (admittedly I’m referring entirely to the programs listed on MNO here, fast scams continued unabated on most other monitors). And some of them are still running well now despite the annual December slowdown. Just have a look at the MNO monitor to see many success stories to see what I’m talking about. Still, no one seems to be able to deny the fact that overall 2018 has been pretty poor and forgettable with few big programs capable of becoming true leaders. I’ve even skipped the question of the biggest programs in the HYIP industry over the last twelve months I usually ask readers in end-of-year polls. Instead, this time let me ask you about your personal financial achievements (whether you won or lost) when playing HYIPs over the last twelve months. I got the idea of the poll itself from an interesting conversation between some readers on the MNO ShoutBox just the other week. So I decided to ask the following question – Do you use your real name and information when investing in HYIPs?

In a heated debate preceding the vote some argued that it’s no problem to disclose personal details to a HYIP admin, but only a 30% minority agreed with this and voted “Always, I’m an honest person and have nothing to hide”. Another 10% would do this on condition they trusted a specific program or admin as they wouldn’t do so frequently on other sites – “Sometimes, when I trust the website or the admin”. Finally a majority of 60% are much more cautious in their approach towards online anonymity, staying incognito when voting “Never, I always use made up profiles and nicknames”. We could discuss these different points of view all day, but I guess it’s a matter for your own personal judgment. As usual it’s a matter of personal judgement.

Hello everyone, and welcome to another issue of regular news and updates from the biggest investment programs anywhere in the HYIP industry. Although widely accepted as a quiet time both for investors and HYIP admins December is still a month packed with short-lived scams deliberately created with only one aim in mind – to rob investors trying to make money for the holidays (the admins need it too). Fortunately for those of you sticking with MNO it’s not going to be a problem and you won’t lose the money which would inevitably happen if you turned to cheaper monitors. The listing prices on MNO are designed to deter fast scams who see them as suitable for slim budgets and short-term goals. Only experienced HYIP admins planning and willing to work for a long time are clients of MNO with its most expensive listings in the industry, and I like it that way. Despite 2018 being an otherwise forgettable year without any obvious leaders the majority of readers following my advice were still able to earn more money than lose. The program is running off a user-friendly licensed H-Script which I don’t remember seeing for a long time now among the programs monitored on MNO. The company Icor Ltd under which CoinIcor allegedly operates is registered in the UK, the site has a list of representatives, its own official Telegram group and Live Chat support. I’m sure that the admin has more improvements up his sleeve coming in 2019, so I’d like to wish him and all the members of CoinIcor the best of luck with that and hope to see the program fully reach its potential in the coming weeks. One of the most original, interesting, and innovative programs of recent time, arguably even the year to date, has to be Weenzee. In this case of course the main advantage is that you don’t necessarily need to be located within the borders of China to take advantage, so the residents of Macau, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and the massive Chinese diaspora internationally can also tune in. Or indeed anyone who speaks Chinese as a second language and has an account on WeChat.

BITBOOTS – TECHNICAL INFO ON PROGRAM SOFTWARE

As another program also fashioning itself as a sort of emerging player on the cryptocurrency market, BitBoots is also a HYIP trying to crack that business. As you can see from the previous news item BitBoots are far from the first program to make such claims about getting a foothold in the cryptocurrency industry, but to be honest they do look like one of the more serious and organized programs that might in fact be making a genuine attempt at this. Strictly from a monitor’s point of view here I myself have to concentrate on what BitBoots bring to the table in terms of actual investment offers, which if you read my original review published on MNO here you can see that for a $50 minimum investment have an open ended perpetual style plan paying 1.1%-2.2% daily forever. You can claim your principal back anytime after an initial 365 days have passed. Investments can be made via PerfectMoney and Payeer if you prefer to use the traditional dollar payment handlers, but if you prefer cryptocurrencies the list is simply too long for me to repeat here. There’s 38 of them in total I think, so obviously all the popular ones such as BitCoin, Ethereum, BitcoinCash and so on are all included somewhere. LUXEARN – SLIGHT CHANGE OF WORKNG HOURS ON CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR DAY

Having been listed on MNO for 137 days now LuxEarn has managed to get to the top of the charts currently having reached the top spot on the MNO Premium List. That comes as a well-deserved achievement from a program consistently paying on plans which include 2.75% for 40 business days, 2.25% for 60 business days, 1.25% for 80 business days, 1.1% for 100 business days, 0.5% for 356 business days with the principal returned on expiry. I must add that my own investment with LuxEarn is going to end by the end of this business week so hopefully I will be able to report the return of my principal by then before reinvesting. Despite LuxEarn‘s great job when it comes to the daily paying plans I’m still not aware of any successful investments in the much riskier plans which only offer one payment (an initial deposit back plus any accumulated profits) on expiry. MNO TALKBACK – RESULTS DRAWN AND NEW QUESTION POSTED

The last item I want to discuss for today, since it’s been out there for about a week or so anyway, is the most recent opinion poll that ran on the MNO TalkBack page. I’ll also be replacing it with a new question, but more about that in a moment. So the question that was put to readers in the last poll was somewhat of a seasonal theme. I know that when it comes to this time of the year, mid December until the beginning of January, a lot of people would prefer to associate it with Christmas festivities. Family holidays and the image of Santa magically bringing joy around the world with sacks of gifts on his reindeer. Sentimental I suppose but it’s what people like to think about. The reality, at least that in the HYIP industry, is a lot harsher. December has almost always been a tough month for the industry, when more than ever the whole thing becomes a roundabout of investors and admins focusing on fast money for themselves at the expense of whomever they can bleed it out of. It’s just a sad fact of modern life and lifestyles that so many people feel pressured into coming up with extra disposable cash at this time, though perhaps gambling on short term games in the HYIP industry is not the most reliable way of obtaining it. It’s not all doom and gloom and fast scams though, and a lot of readers feel more positive about developments in the industry than actual results might let on. Reason being in previous years we have often seen some of the biggest long term industry giants of the new year getting off to subtle more inconspicuous beginnings in December of the old year.

Is that going to happen again this time around? The question put to readers in the last MNO TalkBack poll went as follows: What will happen in the HYIP industry from now to the end of 2018?

So while although the month of December itself has been nothing to write home about, coming as it does of what to be honest was also a largely forgettable year, it’s interesting to note that most readers can still see something positive even if it is still only in the pipeline. Perhaps even Weenzee has something to do with that? Because the single biggest group of you, 67% of all those who voted in fact, went got the option that “Some big programs might start now but only pick up steam in 2019”. Like I often say, there’s no real “wrong answers” in most of the polls that run on the MNO TalkBack page, certainly in this case no one can tell the future, but I do like to think this will prove to be the case. Call it wishful thinking if you want, I know it takes a lot more than that to make these things come true such as hard work from the admins and the time and patience to build up trust, reputations, good working relationships, etc, we’ll simply have to wait to see if this is the case over the coming months. A minority, though still a significant number of you, seem to fall at the other end of the scale with 20% of you voting “No major changes, the industry is still suffering the cryptocurrency crash”. Well, half of that statement if definitely true, we can see that as clear as day, but whether that’s enough to actually prevent admins with a longer term view from launching new programs with the optimistic opinion that they’ll grow in 2019 remains to be seen. Starting when the market is at its lowest possible point has been a strategy that’s worked for many successful programs in previous years, it could easily be the case once more this time around, though I do concede that HYIP industry dynamics are a lot different today than any time in the past. Finally the remaining 13% of voters take a similarly pessimistic view of the final days of 2018, though perhaps for different reasons. They voted for the option “No good programs launched, just fast scams not worth playing”. That’s a fairly widespread belief in the HYIP industry in the final couple of weeks before Christmas, no surprise there. If people happen to think it’s true for a different reason this year than it was true any other year is hardly a point worth debating, it’s the recovery we need to focus on come January.

And now as they say for something completely different. Still connected with people’s activities over the net and particularly in relation to their involvement with online HYIPs, an interesting subject came up on the MNO ShoutBox recently in relation to anonymity. There are countless public platforms open to you where you are free to express your thoughts and experiences with online HYIPs, you’re reading one right now as it happens because MNO is my own personal website for this. If you find yourself with a lot to say but not having the time or knowhow to start your own site then there are all sorts of other forums, shoutboxes, monitors, chatrooms, public Telegram or Facebook groups, basically any form of social media which is almost everywhere these days. Anyone can use them, all you need is the cheapest possible smartphone or failing that use just one public access computer such as in a local library.

But how do you identify yourself to the rest of the HYIP community on such platforms? What do you call yourself? Do people know who you are, trust that you know what you’re talking about, identify as someone with experience worth listening too, etc? The subject arose when one poster on the MNO ShoutBox asked about other readers who prefer to post using their real full names rather anonymous made-up profile names that you would typically see on most internet forums. In my own case I’ve always went under my real name, I’ve never been involved with anything illegal. Some people will question the gambling or pyramid/ponzi nature of the HYIP industry, that much I understand, but I see a world of difference between blogging and monitoring this and actually organising and soliciting money for a scheme you know will result in at least some people losing money. In that regard I’ve always made it perfectly clear to anyone who wants to listen that there are more dangers than rewards out there, and as long as I have no further involvement past that then my own conscience gets a clean bill of health as far as I’m concerned. Therefore I have no problem operating under my real name and being held accountable for the opinions I express and stand by. The people posting under their real names on the MNO ShoutBox have expressed the same thing, having nothing to hide and being prepared to stand over their own opinions. OK, it’s not for everyone, but if that’s how they want to be known then that’s up to them.

At the other extreme end of the scale is HYIP admins, people who never under any circumstances publish anything that can be traced back to them, use false names, and if there’s any “office photographs” on view you can be pretty sure they’re just standard stock photos taken from the public domain. Fair enough, they could be arrested in pretty much any jurisdiction they happen to be operating in worldwide, but what about the regular investors who don’t really do anything wrong by simply playing HYIPs? OK, maybe you don’t want to use your real name, but do you like having some kind of public persona that people will identify with you? The question I would like to put to readers therefore is this:

Do you use your real name and information when investing in HYIPs?

– Never, I always use made up profiles and nicknames
– Sometimes, when I trust the website or the admin
– Always, I’m an honest person and have nothing to hide
