Happy Halloween, guys! Few places are more scary than the HYIP industry I guess, so maybe we’re all well adjusted to horror stories by now, eh? Anyway, it’s the end of the month now and overall despite a couple of setbacks October has still seen an improvement in the HYIP industry. Sure, there’s been a couple of scams, there always is, but try to look at it as “two steps up, one step back”, in other words if this month is better than last month, then we have a good result, right? Anyway, for today’s post I have an interview with Richard, the admin of eCoinInvest. To be blunt, and it’s not necessarily a bad thing here with longer term programs, growth in eCoinInvest so far has been slow.
I expected as much anyway, but hopefully the name eCoinInvest will get more popular soon. I say this in light of today’s announcement that SolidTrustPay has just been added to the list of payment options accepted by the program. This is good news both for eCoinInvest as a program but also for the wider HYIP industry I think as it will help bring the attention of a lot of the bigger spending players who simply refuse to join anything unless STP is in the picture, so well played to Richard for that. Meanwhile I can just remind you that the program has daily plans paying 2.3%-3.2% for 90 days (principal back), or 300% – 400% on expiry of 75 days (principal included). “1. Hi Richard, please introduce yourself to the readers of MNO and tell us please about your own involvement in eCoinInvest. What is your role in the day to day running of the program?
My name is Richard Villa, I am the founder and general manager of eCoinInvest. I am also a major trader and market analyst with experience more than 30 years in the field of trust management and financial activities in international markets. In early 2010, I gathered a group of young professionals in the sphere of financial trading and fundamental analysis to trade Forex working with some select private investors. In August 2015, I decided to open eCoinInvest to allow the average investor to easily work with us.
Daily all trades for the company are done under my name, and most of my time is spent analyzing the markets with my team. I manage all withdrawals that are not processed automatically out of working hours and also on hand for queries or account changes that are not handled by one of our customer support assistants.
2. Can you give us some background information on eCoinInvest? How many others are involved with the program or are you operating alone? How long have you been online?
Currently we are a team of seven people all working in the UK, three of us work on the trading floor, two are dedicated to providing support to investors, one person manages promotion and advertising and one person manages the servers and design of the website.
3. Explain the investment plans in detail to us. What ROIs are on offer. What are the minimum and maximum amounts to invest?
We offer 2 different types of investment plans: daily investment plans, and mid-term investment plans. Daily plans are for people who want to withdraw their profit of 2.3% – 3.2% daily over 90 days, your principal investment is also returned after 90 days. Mid-term plans return 300% – 400% after slightly short term of 75 days. We feel that our plans are both profitable and very sustainable for a long term project such as ours.
4. In my review of your program I was, and remain, quite skeptical of your “payment on expiry” plans. As this is a view shared by most of the more experienced investors, what would you like to say about this?
With an example investment of $100 our daily and mid-term investment plans, the total interest percentage you receive on both plans is very similar- 307% for the daily plan or 300% for the mid-term plan. The advantage of the mid-term investment plans is that you will receive your full return in a shorter period than the daily plans.
5. How secure is the eCoinInvest website? What are you doing to protect it and members’ accounts from hackers? Are you on a dedicated server? Who is your host? What kind of anti-DDoS protection do you have?
Our website is secured with a green bar Comodo EV SLL certificate; this is the most secure SSL protection in the business. We actually run multiple dedicated servers in different data centers as a fail-safe. Our main front end server is hosted by DDoSGuard who offer up to 150 Tbps protection against attacks. CloudFlare business protection is also setup and can also be used as a fail-safe.
6. What kind of script is eCoinInvest off? Where did you get it, how safe is it, and why do you think this one is most beneficial for you as an admin and your members?
We run a fully licensed script from Gold Coders with a few customizations. Gold Coders offer the most secure and stable HYIP platform in the business.
7. Can we see any statistics regarding eCoinInvest? How many members have joined since the beginning and how many are active at the moment? Are you pleased with the support from the members so far? How important a role do they play in bringing in new members?
Yes, all live statistics are available on our homepage. Currently we have over 1000 members, where over 50% have made a deposit. Most members who have deposited have already gone ahead to make further deposits into the system. We have a nice referral system that offers investors 5% referral commission of all the deposits in your downline, many of our members are already taking advantage of this.
8. How can members contact you if they have any questions or support related issues?
Our email support is available 24/7, with most email replied to within the hour. We also offer live chat and Skype support during office opening hours 0900 – 1800, Monday to Friday. Members can also join our Skype group to talk amongst other investors, or make a post on our Facebook page.
9. What have been the most common questions and problems you’ve had to deal with so far? Is there anything you wish to say here so that members can avoid having to contact you later?
Our top 3 answers to questions are:
We charge no fees on deposits or withdrawals; however the payment gateway, bank or card issuer may charge their own fees.
There is no minimum withdrawal. Withdrawals are normally processed instantly during working hours Monday to Friday, outside of working hours withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
BitCoin payments can take up to 24 hours to process.
10. How have you been promoting eCoinInvest so far? What advertising strategy have you been using? How are you getting new members to join?
eCoinInvest is now listed on most financial monitors and blogs. Advertisements are placed on popular investment monitors, Facebook advertising campaigns are running. We have just started advertising on Google and Yandex.
11. In relation to that, a lot of readers have been asking me why exactly you have only decided to list on MNO after all this time (two months online) instead of at the beginning. So why is this?
eCoinInvest already has thousands of reviews and payments proof on all of the big investment forums, also many of our monitors are already in substantial profit. We have left the best investment blog listings until now, as we wanted to build some reputation and trust into our company first before releasing the full details of our company to higher class investment blogs such as yourself.
12. I’ve become aware of a recent attempt at blackmailing/extortion against eCoinInvest. The perpetrator of this has already been named on at least one online forum warning website owners about dealing with him. Would you like to tell us anything about this and any ongoing consequences of the incident?
With any success comes jealousy. Unfortunately it is a given that with a company as successful as ours competitors or blackmailers will attempt to ruin our company’s reputation. Most recently a user has threatened us with fake reviews on our monitors trying to blackmail us into sending large amounts of money. We work very closely with our monitors and blogs and inform them of these problems so they can be rectified quickly.
13. And finally is there anything else you wish to say not covered in this interview? Also please feel free to comment on the review of your program published on MNO. If there was anything you felt was unfair, mistaken, or in any way in need of clarification then you are welcome to explain this in your own words here.
We have had feedback from several members saying that our design is not as functional as they would like it to be. We encourage user feedback of any kind, as this allows us to develop and improve the company and website. Hence we already have a team of designers completely re-designing the front end and user area of the website to make it more useable for members. The new design should be rolled out in the next week or two.”
