Hello everyone and especially those looking for some exclusive content on MNO! Quite a few stories to catch up with today so keep reading through to the news section for more info on that. First off though I’ve also decided to take advantage of the spare time I’m getting on a long haul flight from Singapore to London by reviving the MNOFridays series of HYIP educational and background articles. I haven’t really been keeping this going recently, but longer term readers will no doubt be aware that this was a popular feature on MNO where some of the let’s say more clandestine or at least lesser known features of the HYIP industry were explained to investors. A lot of subjects which readers might never have quite understood or even have given a great deal of thought to were discussed at length, and you can see the full series collected on the MNO Info page here so you don’t have to search the archives. So today I felt the time was right to revive the series, not so much because I’m just passing the time of day on an airplane with not much else to do but rather the timing is perfect due to one of the best liked and most experienced admins working in the industry sharing some of his own thoughts on the subject I’m about to cover. I hope you find it interesting because first of all his next program will almost certainly be huge and included on MNO, but also why he feels the time to launch something new may not be exactly right now.

As the spring season gets underway one issue that’s been raised more than once on the MNO blog has been the lack of any serious growth in the HYIP industry so far this year. There’s been some really good programs, that’s for sure, but compared to the first two months of last year? There’s just no comparison! The industry is nowhere even close to being as strong right now. That by itself is not really something to be unduly concerned about. Sure, nobody likes it when this happens, nobody enjoys the shortage of good earning opportunities, but just as in the real world economy the HYIP industry also moves in cycles. The highs and lows can be more severe and the frequency of the so called boom and bust periods are a lot more often, but the basic pretence is still the same. So while January to March 2017 was exceptional, the same cannot be said for the same period of 2018. But why? What’s so different this time around, what conditions are present today that we didn’t have to deal with this time last year? A lot of experienced players, and I must admit I myself was one of them, were expecting better things from the HYIP industry in the opening three months of the year. Not necessarily better than 2017, that would have been a pretty tall order, but at least better than what we’ve seen so far. The last HYIP industry “recession” for want of a better word was predictable enough, it came right on schedule in December as it does just before every Christmas, but likewise most other years things tend to get right back on track to some extent come the first few weeks of January.

I thought this would be an interesting topic for an opinion poll on the MNO TalkBack page where readers might share their own views on what’s happening. After all, my blog is a platform for my own thoughts and opinions, but as I already know what I think I’m also curious to hear how others feel about the situation. In fact that’s really the whole “raison d’etre” behind the TalkBack page, to find out what others think. As with most opinion polls there isn’t any right or wrong answers as such, it’s usually a combination of all the answers to a degree, but I was wondering what other investors thought about the reasons why the HYIP industry hasn’t really gotten out of first gear so far in 2018.

However it was on this subject that I also had a brief but highly enlightening (dare I say entertaining!) exchange with one of the best known and popular HYIP admins in the industry. He is an old friend of MNO and someone I’ve enjoyed debating with over the years, and by his own admission has made a substantial amount of money from his programs, and truth be told so have I if I’m honest as have a huge number of my readers. His experience in the industry dates back to around the same time I started here myself, though at a different end of the spectrum so our experiences and opinions may often differ we have both more or less “seen it all”. I thought it would be interesting for regular MNO readers and investors to share this admin’s side of the discussion.

Although it’s a private e-mail exchange between us, I asked his permission and to my great personal pleasure he agreed. Needless to say I hope readers will appreciate there’s a certain degree of discretion required here given the nature of the admin’s work and some of the frank and no-nonsense statements he makes. I’m not going to entertain the notion of repeating names, programs, previous history, real identities, forum identities, etc, etc. He gave me permission to name just one program he takes credit for, that one was the rather excellent Royalty7 which was a massive success a couple of years back. No doubt many of you will like to speculate as to what else he’s done, but I wouldn’t waste my time if I were you. It’s not really relevant to today’s article and achieves nothing anyway.

He does start off with a blunt and in my mind refreshingly candid admission of his personal financial achievements. For the benefit of anyone who thinks this might be an exaggeration, let me assure you as a ring side observer of the HYIP industry through some of the biggest years there was no shortage of money floating around to make this admin’s personal claims quite feasible. In fact even as a monitor I myself retired from regular wage/salaried work many years ago. Maybe not “ten times over” in my case like the admin suggests for himself, but then just once is enough for me! I should also just point out, and I want it to be perfectly clear, that none of what you are about to read was written by me or had any input or involvement by me. In fact I don’t even want to say how much of this I personally agree or disagree with what the admin has to say, I simply present it to you as he expressed it himself. I don’t take any credit for the work he’s done here, I simply want to present it to my readers as the personal opinion of someone with many years experience in the industry from let’s say a different side of it than most investors.

“Hello Paul, We both made good money over the years. Here since 2005 and I could retire 10 times already with 8 figures but….. I am, like you, still here, trying to figure this out and I love it. You see… Mastering the art of being an admin is not only about how well you can attract nor how precisely one manages to long term balance the daily ins/outs. There is much more to that…

The key is to have an accurate understanding of reality and 12yrs of experience proved that there is no definitive answer in sight to the recent interesting question you raised. The exact timing of those waves (cycles) are beyond our current understanding unless some very extensive research is done on the matter but even then we might never understand why… Merging the countless collective reasons that lead to that uptrend result, to that sudden shift in demand balance that we can observe over and over again as years pass by is just…. incomprehensible. I have to say that non of the optional answers you gave in the TalkBack opinion poll are accurate enough to describe that “mysterious” collective force which drives the uptrend wave of influx in this market every year. From what I’ve learned there is a seasonal effect to all this as you described but that “force” is not entirely tamed by seasonality. There are complete years of silence like after GeniusFunds (MNO note – GeniusFunds was one of the biggest programs of the last 12 years) and times like the current days prove that there is no exact timing.

What is certain is that no one, no admin can control it and without it there will be no game. All admin’s efforts will be wasted in vain without it no matter how well the program is constructed and how much money the admin spends on ads or mons or from pocket to give the appearance of “PAYING” it all will be in vain. The peaks come in intervals of no less than five months (five is rare), I’ve mapped every market peak since 2005. They come every eight months in average (some after ten months) probably due to the time it takes to generate enough member base to create a significant peak (scam wave). Notice many fall at the same time like a domino its due to inflow spreads between programs as they rise often as a single unit. Example: March 1 of 2017 the market peaked and since than every program failed until end of Sep when the curvature of the wave started to shift again upwards (peaked again with LaserOnline). More examples: 2012 June 1, market peaked with R7 and Zeek. December 2005 the market peaked with 12DailyPro. During the times when the “force” is not present there will be not enough inflow to ALL programs and if one is standing for months and paying its only due to payment from admin pocket. No matter how much money admins are spending on advertisement these days its all useless because there is no receptive audience to listen to those ads. Admins can only hope that during their life they can catch that wave of inflow or else death without success is most definitely sure.

There can’t be a situation when one or several programs have inflow while others don’t. During extreme times like that most of the “decent” looking programs get hit&run from experienced Russian players (they are always present) and without any inflow to pass this smokescreen they’ll just perish, wasting their time and efforts… A good strategy will be to filter bad traffic (eliminating most of the hit&runners) but the admins that have such experience are extremely rare. But even then after the admin has done absolutely everything to extend the life of his program and put expensive ads all over the place, if the force is not present the program will close without success. Most of mons, insurance, banners is all a big waste in such market conditions. Currently that force is not present and this is why program after program fails. That force can’t be controlled or even slightly altered, we all wait for it and very few admins try to save their resources because this is the only thing a really experienced admin can do. It can even come today, who knows.

The presence of the force is significant, it can get a program from a deep minus to hundreds of thousands if not a million in plus and all in a matter of weeks. I still ask myself if the peak can be controlled (because theoretically if everybody got paid why stop investing), I know the uptrend is not to be controlled but maybe the peak is initiated by a top program admin not been able to control such huge database / traffic or government agency will intervene to cause the collapse. So my vote is: None of the above.”

At this juncture I raised the point that I never quite mean what I say as an exact science, just a general observation I’ve made over the years and still struggle to predict. Of course one thing that people on our side of the divide might, often overlook is the high turnover of individuals coming in and out of the industry. I mean how many people did he deal with in 2006 that are still active today? I’ll take a guess and say not many! Even over the course of five years, the people who react to market events he describes in 2012 do not necessarily have anything in common with those reacting in 2017, so it’s an even more unpredictable factor. The thoughts of the admin on how this may or may not be a factor continue below:

“Good morning, I can count on my fingers those who were playing in 2012 and still active today. Another factor that might be a significant determent this year was the collapse of BitConnect. It was huge even more than Zeek and if the HYIP industry was somehow connected with it then I’m afraid there will be no game until summer, than another three months of vocational silence and only than maybe in late Sep we’ll begin to see some light. I think that if by early April we won’t see any improvement than the next uptrend should be probable in late September.”

That just about sums up the admin’s thoughts on where we find ourselves in the HYIP industry today and why, and just to reiterate this has been left largely unedited by me. What you see is pretty much how he expressed things in his own words, however I’m going to continue with the subject below where I’ll be discussing the results of the last MNO TalkBack opinion poll where readers had their own chance to voice their opinions on the same topic. I’ll also be replacing this question with a new poll you can think about regarding some of the points raised by the admin, specifically whether you agree with him and when you think the HYIP industry will be in full recovery.

DAILY NEWS FROM THE HYIP INDUSTRY

MNO TALKBACK – POLL RESULTS AND NEW POLL ADDED

I’ll continue the subject of the above MNOFridays article by looking at the final results of the opinion poll from the MNO TalkBack page. I must say that I deliberately postponed it for the simple reason that I wished to coincide it with the article you’ve just read, as they are mutually connected. The question I asked readers and which is still relevant today is “What is the main underlying cause of the current HYIP industry slump?”

There were three possible answers available, but as you might see from the article the admin of Royalty7 didn’t agree entirely with any of them. But the majority of readers named “Too many fast scams / good admins not delivering” as the main reason behind the current slump dominating the HYIP industry at the moment. And that is very true, I must say and the reason I most definitely support myself as being responsible for the current state of things. Really, when there are so many fast scams around some of which might seemingly be run by professional admins at other times able to deliver incredible results, investors can be afraid to participate believing there will be little if any financial benefit for them. That point of view was supported by 62% of readers who were obviously disappointed by the poor results from so many well made projects (just today I have four scams to report). 19% of readers believe the current slump was mostly caused by “BitCoin’s unpredictability that has made it too unstable”. Come to think of it, there is a grain of truth in there too. Not only BitCoin, but many other popular cryptocurrencies took a huge dip having peaked to their all-time highs just before the New Year. Since then the crypto-market has shrunk significantly (25% to 50% by a very rough estimation), so the circulating funds investors usually allocate to their HYIP activities has shrunk in line with that. That in turn made people’s budgets too tight and making them less likely to participate. And finally the remaining 19% of readers think that “people are just not interested since the new year”. This loss of interest has been caused exactly by the domino effect that was created by more and more scams along with a sudden and sharp decrease in the value of major crypto-currencies, and by many other factors outside of anyone’s control. Even now that spring has begun and March is in its prime there’s little interest from the potential HYIP investors, and those who try to ride the wave cannot say that there are absolutely no decent HYIPs out there, there are, but investors are now selective.

As you might have seen in the above article, the admin of Royalty7 mentioned two possible times when in his estimation the HYIP industry might reach its prime this year. So, I was thinking that could be a good question to put to readers next on the TalkBack page over the next week or so. The question is – When in your opinion will the HYIP industry peak again?

The possible answers are:
1) In the spring
2) In the summer
3) In the autumn
4) In the winter

While we know a thing or two about the HYIP industry running in cycles and repeating over and over again just to spot the next big window of opportunity to make some extra money will be a difficult, but not impossible task for the wise investor. So please share your opinion on when you think the industry will peak this year which has been defying all the odds at the moment and puzzles both investors, and professional admins alike. BITIFYLIMITED – FIRST INVESTMENT CYCLE ENDED AND NEW CRYPTO-CURRENCIES OPTIONS ADDED

There is some very positive news today from BitifyLimited. You might remember that in the review posted here, I shared my thoughts on the admin’s good track record that he would start gradually and would be adding more payment options soon. Exactly as predicted, after starting with BitCoin, DogeCoin, LiteCoin, and NixMoney, yesterday it was announced about the addition of another five options. You may now use to invest in BitifyLimited using Ethereum, Zcash, BitcoinCash, BitcoinGold, and Dash. The investment plans on offer remain the same with some paying daily and returning the initial deposit on expiry (2.2% for 15 days, 2.6% for 30 days, 3% for 45 days) or go with the higher risk but ultimately more profitable offers paying once on expiry (160% after 20 days, 240% after 40 days, 340% after 60 days, 1000% after 100 days, 5000% after 200 days). More good news from BitifyLimited is that yesterday the very first investors in the shortest 2.2% for 15 days plan should have been able to get their principal back and got away with a nice 33% profit from two weeks. OCTOIN – OCC VALUE DROPS BELOW $5

I am now pretty sure that OctoinCoin currency is going down the drain as predicted by many investors whose Octoin deposits were forcefully converted into the OCC released currency, that had immediately lost about 90% of its original value leaving people with huge losses if they joined Octoin too late. The situation has only deteriorated further with the OCC exchange rate now standing at the lowest since its ICO at just $5. How much lower it will drop over the next days and weeks we can only speculate, but the administration seems unconcerned and keeps posting the updates on the conferences in Indonesia where many people might still not be aware of the pending disaster. Note that while Octoin is still paying fine in OCC wallets the program has been downgraded to On Hold status on the MNO monitor until the OCC value reaches at least its originally advertised value at $100 (if that ever happens!), so I would advise to stay away from it at the moment. MALTAPRIVATE, UNIQUESEQUENCEINC, RIGHTCORP, AND ENERGYCARSREVOLUTION – FOUR SCAMS OVER THE LAST THREE DAYS!

I’m not sure whether it’s some kind of bad luck following new programs at the moment, but the majority of them have fallen rapid succession over the last three days. Among them were two programs that stopped paying just after their reviews were posted – MaltaPrivate and RightCorp, one – EnergyCarsRevolution – started paying selectively after an unimpressive short run, and one more – UniqueSequenceInc – I wasn’t even able to review at all. I’m certainly not proud of this “achievement”, but we all remember about the good times and the bad times in the industry and that now is certainly a bad time. However, it did seem it was the worst week ever in my memory for quite some time. Let’s just have a look at the recent history and see if they had a negative impact on investors.

I’ll go in chronological order in how things unravelled, starting with MaltaPrivate. I already issued the first warning regarding the instant payouts that suddenly halted with the admin citing technical issues and promising to pay in manual mode. MaltaPrivate remained on Waiting status on my monitor until the situation deteriorated further when more complaints and a lack of action by the admin to rectify the situation shifted it to Problem and then Scam. I myself didn’t get the obsession with MaltaPrivate or the admin’s desire to make it look like Bitcy and Razzleton which was obviously not true. A shamefully short run of less than a week was proof enough of that. What a waste of good concept and an otherwise nice looking website!

What can we say about UniqueSequenceInc? I believe the admin is a total newbie and had no idea that my readers don’t like older programs, as his intention was obviously to use MNO as a last resort before scamming. His ill-fated plans became very obvious to me once he expressed his anger about waiting for a few days before the review of UniqueSequenceInc. After hearing his program wouldn’t get much attention from readers he blatantly asked for a refund. When directly confronted with the question of just using MNO as the last resort before scamming the admin gave an unconvincing response making me delay the review even further. The right decision apparently as UniqueSequenceInc scammed just after our little chat. Hopefully it will be a good lesson for the admin not to return to MNO again, as barely lasting for three weeks on the 2.2% daily “forever” plan is definitely something that even an amateur can do better than. What a waste of a listing fee!

Next in line was RightCorp which I must admit I was most surprised at. Maybe it was due to the panic among investors caused by technical issues in the script during which instant payouts were suspended. How the admin of RightCorp managed to handle the situation and resume payouts deserved praise, so I was stunned when I heard the program stopped paying altogether less than 24 hours after the review was posted. It became very clear after the stats were removed that the issue wasn’t just temporary anymore. RightCorp has lasted for barely over a week, and with this well crafted website and professional admin in charge I can’t understand why the program collapsed so soon. I can only speculate that the initial wave of deposits which RightCorp enjoyed since the first days online made it very tempting for the admin to scam. Very few investors of RightCorp will have seen a profit from its shortest 5-day plan, but with a 5% profit even they won’t get too excited. Overall, I’m not impressed. The admin failed everyone here. What a waste of potential!

And finally, EnergyCarsRevolution is the only program still paying smaller investors while refusing to return larger deposits. The admin has deleted my principal withdrawal request and moved the funds back to available balance. When confronted on the matter he pretended to not be aware of the situation, but still didn’t deal with it. In any case, despite MNO being the biggest and by far most respected monitor to list EnergyCarsRevolution, the admin’s stubbornness will perhaps gain him a Golden Raspberry award for the worst acting. Really, if you wish to continue your project why play with fire and jeopardize your good paying status on one of the big monitoring sites. So I’m asking myself – why does he refuse to pay? The answer is obvious like in the vast majority of similar cases – EnergyCarsRevolution has severe cashflow problems and the Scam Status on the program on MNO will not make the problem go away. I’m not to be blamed for simply doing my job as a monitor and reporting the problems where they arise instead of trying to hide them like many other monitors will do in my place. Therefore, it’s up to you now whether you join and keep investing in this sinking ship or get out while you can. The level of stupidity that killed EnergyCarsRevolution lies squarely with the admin who seems unable to take his job seriously!

Note again that all the above named programs – MaltaPrivate, UniqueSequenceInc, RightCorp, and EnergyCarsRevolution – have been moved to Scam status on the MNO monitor and investing there is a huge mistake, so stay away from all!

06/03/2018. RightCorp Review and Daily News from the HYIP Industry

Hello everyone! With the weekend now behind us, and hopefully making for a bright start to the new business week. As well as introducing another brand new program that came to MNO immediately after launching (keep reading for more information on that in the news section) I want to take a more detailed look at an interesting program called RightCorp. It’s a recently launched short to mid term project which started up about ten days ago. You might remember I just introduced it on MNO in Friday night’s post but it hasn’t really been covered much on any of the important advertising sites before now, so fingers crossed this might be the right time to join if there is such a thing. There’s a good mix of investment plans on offer, that will mean RightCorp have something that appeals to a maximum range of investors, though it has to be said that the long term plans are probably carrying a much higher risk as I shall explain. I’ll go through all of them below anyway, as well as all the other main features and see if you think RightCorp might be suitable for you or not.

RightCorp have six plans in total, which can then be split into two groups. Plans that pay interest by the day, and the higher risk group that just pay once on expiry. I’ll begin with the on expiry list simply because even if they won’t be as popular they still have the shortest possible term. So starting with the most basic option, RightCorp‘s first plan can be joined for a minimum spend of $30. Quite a bit above the industry average but still affordable to most. It’s called The Trial Plan and the term runs for 5 calendar days with members earning one interest rebate of 105% paid on expiry, with your principal included. That’s a net profit of 5%. There is no maximum limit on what you are allowed to invest.

Next is The Pro Plan that runs for 21 calendar days. RightCorp take a minimum investment of $30 to join, and all deposits with no maximum limit are offered the same return of 165% paid once on expiry. This again includes your principal so it’s your own money back plus another 65% in net profits courtesy of RightCorp as your reward for joining.

Also with a $30 minimum requirement for joining is The Advanced Plan. This time the term stretches to 35 calendar days, however the return being offered by RightCorp to join is improved to 200% paid on expiry, or double your money back. That includes your principal as part of the payment, so your own money back plus an additional 100% in profits. There is again no upper limit on what RightCorp will allow you to spend here.

It is however, and I think most experienced players will agree with me here, the following group of daily payment plans that are going to garner most support from the investors of RightCorp. All in all they form a lower risk category, are still profitable by the end, but if something goes wrong in the middle at least you claw back some of your money instead of none. So, The Classic Plan continues with another $30 minimum required to join. The term length runs for 21 calendar days (three weeks) with RightCorp paying you back 2.5% interest per day. That adds up to 52.5% in interest payments, not enough by itself to give you a profit, that comes when RightCorp then return your principal as part of a separate transaction. There is no upper spending limit on investments here.

Also for a $30 minimum, RightCorp follow this with The Regular Plan. The investment term remains unchanged at 21 calendar days, but the difference is that the interest payment jumps to 7% per day. Don’t get too excited, in this case the RightCorp admin is counting your principal as part of the payments. Ultimately your final return is 147%, or your own money back plus 47% net profit. It’s not as profitable as the previous option, however as the difference isn’t really that big and the plan has a much smaller risk I would expect this option to be the more popular. There’s no upper limit on investments here either.

A shorter term option, conveniently enough known as The Short Plan, runs for 11 calendar days. RightCorp will allow you to join for a $30 minimum, and with no upper limits placed on your investment offer a daily payout of 10.5% interest. This ultimately comes to 115.5% in total, again with your principal factored in as part of the payments. So that’s your own money back plus 15.5% net profit. I would guess it’s going to be between this and the previous Regular Plan as to which will be the more popular, both being more suitable to different sections of investors.

Well, there might be a good choice with the investment plans but the impact of that can be reduced unless the choice of payment options is up to standard. In this case all of the most popular industry payment processors are available, with RightCorp currently moving deposits and withdrawals through PerfectMoney, Payeer, and AdvCash if you prefer to work with third party US Dollar payment handlers, and BitCoin and BitcoinCash for those who prefer to go direct with their own cryptocurrencies. Also on a highly positive note all the withdrawals are instant which I can vouch for myself since receiving my own. You will still need to make a request for it in your private RightCorp members account area, but once done you should see the money in your wallet in under a minute. While deposits via USD processors can start with $30 minimum BitCoin investors should take note that the minimum investment in this case is 0.003 BTC for all RightCorp plans. As for withdrawals, they have a minimum of $1 in USD based payment processors and 0.003 BTC for withdrawals made to BitCoin. You can also find a handy on screen investment calculator to help you work out what you might potentially earn from different sized investments in each plan. Plus real time stats on the latest deposits and withdrawals can be seen on the main page of the site.

On the matter of web design and security, the RightCorp website is running off quite a nice custom made script built specially for the program. Despite its uniqueness it’s still very easy to navigate and has a clear and concise layout with everything explained in plain talking and understandable language. However just one thing I had difficulty with navigation in my account is that in the RightCorp account area the main menu is located in middle of the page, and not on top or on the side like most other scripts, so keep this in mind when trying to find a way to make a deposit or request a withdrawal. You may also enable 2FA authorization for further security that will protect your account with RightCorp against hacking even further, which is especially necessary since the payouts are usually processed instantly. Moreover, your account is further protected by the inclusion of a four digit PIN code you will need to set up to authorise any changes in your payment processor details. For an extra layer of protection the RightCorp website has a Green Bar Extended Validation SSL encryption certificate by Comodo for safer browsing and more secure transactions. Hosting is on a dedicated server with the support and protection of DDoSGuard. Something else that will make RightCorp more attractive to international investors is the multi lingual translations the website is now available. On first adding the program to the MNO monitor there was as always the default English version as well as a competent Russian translation. This has since been joined by a Vietnamese version, and I’m pretty sure the list isn’t going to end there. Keep an eye on MNO for any further developments on that front.

If that doesn’t help then you’ll be able to contact the admin by filling out your details on the online support form and submitting it through the contacts page. The RightCorp website is as I said multilingual but it’s not stated that support is available in more than just English. Fans of social media networks will be able to find RightCorp on Facebook. And finally there’s the postal address in the UK where RightCorp claims official company registration. Experienced players won’t get overly excited about this, it’s easily and affordably done by anyone over the net with no loss of anonymity, but if it helps create the illusion of authenticity around the program then I guess it doesn’t hurt. Just be aware that it’s unlikely that anyone physically located at the address will have any idea even of the existence of RightCorp, let alone any involvement.

As regards the website content, texts are pretty non-committal when it comes to explaining any kind of a business plan. They allude to RightCorp being involved with “private investment fund management”, but as for the actual information contained there it wouldn’t really be anything you haven’t heard constantly for however many years you’ve been playing the HYIP industry. While experienced players know better than to look for any outside activities, it doesn’t mean RightCorp can’t be profitable for some members. Just remember that as on online HYIP the program carries the same risk as anything else you will find in the industry so always follow the number one rule to establish a spending limit that is well under an amount you could comfortably lose without causing too much stress to yourself or your finances, and if joining RightCorp at all then consider keeping them as a smaller part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

Overall my own first impression on RightCorp is extremely positive with a professional site running off a custom made script, but what about the rest of you guys? Overall, the site of AK47Capital definitely stands alone in terms of both design and the concept, so it will be curious to see how the program develops. MALTAPRIVATE – PAYING OR NOT? TIME WILL TELL!

I had to move MaltaPrivate to Waiting status on the MNO monitor today due to the extremely weird behaviour of the admin and the usually instant payouts being inexplicably halted. The online support has not issued any official statement on the matter simply stating temporary technical difficulties and citing the ambiguous statement from the MaltaPrivate‘s FAQ that promised instant payouts and in some cases, up to 72 hours for manual processing. Judging by the deposits still working like a Swiss watch, the refusal to process withdrawals in instant mode doesn’t inspire confidence. At the same time, I cannot really jeopardize any chance of MaltaPrivate investors to be able to get paid at some point, so I will compromise. MaltaPrivate (reviewed here) will stay on Waiting status on the MNO monitor until tomorrow, when I determine whether the situation with payouts escalates and the program is a scam, or a solution is found and payments resume. Meanwhile, a newsletter was posted in the News section on the MaltaPrivate website in regards to some improvements which had been available before that and perhaps reflects a desire to showcase some features that might be of interest. Since payouts are not processed at the time of writing I would advise readers to wait and see:

Really, where investors have lost 92% of their funds a program cannot be considered an appealing investment option anymore, even if it works exclusively with OCC (like Octoin now does). There are still people out there who could speculate on the exchange rates and buy and sell OCC for profit, and for such people there are more conferences are held in some third-world countries the reports of which are diligently posted as News on the Octoin website. JSRENTHOUSE – SCAMMED AFTER INCREDIBLY LONG RUN

You might be aware that just like in real life all good things come to an end. The incredible performance of JSRentHouse that managed to pay for forty (!) days on MNO which having the 103% after one day shortest plan has been interrupted by a series of technical issues the site has been suffering from over the last couple of days. That of course seriously affected the cashflow and the admin apparently had no other choice but to stop the usually instant payouts and blamed it all on the site’s inaccessibility. Officially though there was no word of it and instead a highly suspicious 200% after one day plan was introduced. That trick is usually the last resort to get more money before scamming, so I was on alert and moved the program to Waiting status on the MNO monitor as soon as the following newsletter was sent:

This was the last message sent by the admin when the site was back to normal, but the payouts were still not processed:

That doesn’t happened on MNO though and you can be sure that you will see the warnings immediately when I become aware of them. I always try to do my best in that regard, and that is why the MNO blog and monitor is the most respected business in the whole HYIP industry. Please note that JSRentHouse is now a confirmed scam, so do not make any further investments there!

02/03/2018. NeuralFinance Review and Daily News from the HYIP Industry

Hello everyone! The weekend is with us again and in a lot of people’s minds the start of March means the start of spring time, so let’s hope for some new beginnings in the HYIP industry. It does look like a slow but definite recovery is underway however as there’s been more activity with new quality programs coming to the MNO monitor this week. One that joined the MNO Standard List during the week is NeuralFinance, a classic perpetual style HYIP which might be a huge success given the high popularity of similar projects in the past. I’ll be focusing on that one in more detail today as the main point of this update, however when we get to the news section I have not one but two new programs to introduce. I’ll also be reviewing them im the coming few days once I can confirm Paying status and have some time to examine them more thoroughly. This has actually resulted in me having to delay my existing plans as I had what I hope you will agree will be a very interesting article based on an exchange I had with a long term customer of MNO, one of the most established and respected admins in the industry whose run some outstanding programs going back several years. He shared for frank and honest thoughts about the current state of the HYIP industry and where he thinks/hopes it will go in the short term future over the coming months. We all have our own opinions on these things but if you would like the unique insight given by a vastly experienced and successful admin then make sure to keep an eye on MNO next week for the finished article!

Getting back to today’s article, I must say that NeuralFinance is by no means a new program as it’s been running for two weeks before joining MNO, but at the same time the site has only recently been translated into English after working exclusively with Russian speaking investors in the early stages. The admin is now ready to expand his program’s horizons and bring it to a higher level by having it included on MNO. So let’s see what it’s all about and if you think NeuralFinance is suitable for your own portfolio.

Let’s get right down to the main thing that creates the first impression with most investors then and what in many ways can make or break any investment program – their plans. The first thing you need to know is that NeuralFinance allow different currencies. As with most online HYIPs the US dollar is the hard currency of choice. BitCoin is also there if you are someone who thinks of BitCoin as an actual currency, but what I really wanted to highlight is the acceptance of Russian Roubles. It depends of course on what payment processor you are using, I’ll get to that further on in the review, but if it’s one that handles Roubles and NeuralFinance is using it, then you may invest that way if you wish. For the sake of this review however and in the interest of keeping things simple and more readable I’m just going to describe the plans using US Dollars. If you are spending Roubles then see your NeuralFinance members account are for the relevant investment limits.

NeuralFinance then has in basic terms just the one plan for you to think about, though it’s broken down into four sections which will pay out higher interest rates according to how much you are prepared to spend. For the most part NeuralFinance tries to combine sustainability with profitability which are the two most important factors in making any program viable. So we’ll begin with what’s called The Start Plan which will only cost you a $10 minimum to join. Once you’re in, the term is open ended, or perpetual, which NeuralFinance are offering a daily interest payment of 1.5% per day on a permanent basis, i.e. for how ever long the admin can keep the program online. Therefore you will need at least 67 days to recoup your initial investment, after which everything you take from NeuralFinance becomes net profit. To put that into more practical terms then, let’s suppose you invested $100 in this plan. For that you would collect $1.50 per day in return. By the time you receive 67 payments your return will match your initial deposit, so this is the all important break-even point. It’s impossible really to give any further info, your personal experience will really come down to when exactly you decide to join the program and how early into the run you therefore start earning. Maximum deposit for this plan is capped at $249.

If however you’re feeling a bit more ambitious or just plain lucky, NeuralFinance will take a minimum deposit of $250 for what they call The Classic Plan. Investors prepared spend a bit more can claim a 2% daily interest rate this time. It works more or less the same as the last plan in the sense that NeuralFinance are making daily interest payments on your deposit for as long as the program manages to stay online, but the numbers just get bigger. The maximum deposit is $999 and the break-even point comes after fifty payments.

With a $1,000 minimum requirement to join, NeuralFinance‘s third option, The Premium Plan, is clearly aimed at the bigger industry players. In terms how much you will eventually get back, since again there is no expiry date, is pretty much a shot in the dark. But during this time members are offered an interest rate of 2.5% per day, allowing you to break even and see your first profit after 40 days. Everything you get after that is pure passive income. The maximum stated deposit allowed by NeuralFinance here is $4,999.

Lastly, and just for your information, NeuralFinance have The Leader Plan for anyone prepared to risk $5,000 or more, up to a maximum limit of $100,000. For an unlimited term members here can earn 3% interest per day. You can play around with the figures yourself if genuinely interested in spending so much on an online HYIP, I can just tell you the break-even point is after 34 days.

Payment options are probably the next thing you’ll want to know about, assuming you’ve found a plan that suits your budget. As things stand the list of payment processors accepted by NeuralFinance is fairly typical for the HYIP industry, though there are a few more unusual additions due to deposits being allowed in Dollars or Roubles, so if you prefer dollars then PerfectMoney, Payeer, and AdvCash are what you need, or alternatively for Roubles then Payeer, AdvCash, YandexMoney, Qiwi or even direct Bank Card transactions through Visa and MasterCard will work for you. Don’t forget of course that if you prefer the more direct approach of using your own digital cryptocurrency then BitCoin and Ethereum are both accepted by NeuralFinance as well. All payouts from NeuralFinance are processed instantly. You will need to log into your private members account area and request them, but once done you should have the money in your chosen payment processor account in under a minute. Needless to remind most of you, but just in case cryptocurrencies still need the usual confirmations so that isn’t going to be immediate, though the request itself is still handled instantly by the NeuralFinance script.

There is however one unusual feature in NeuralFinance that I think many readers may like. It’s not exactly unique, but it’s definitely rare to see an online HYIP that allows you to withdraw your earnings to a different payment processor than the one you joined with. A bit like an exchanger if you want to think of it like that. On the other hand there’s also a withdrawal fee which is the trade-off for having such a service. The rate varies, it can be 0%, it can be 2%, it really depends on where you are making your withdrawal. Of course the service isn’t compulsory, it’s just a handy option to have at a reasonably competitive rate if you happen to need it.

Moving on then to the design and security features of the website, everything is up to a more than acceptable standard. For a hosting provider the admin has opted for DDoSGuard who are keeping NeuralFinance on a dedicated server with support and protection from attacks. Downtime for the program then is unlikely to prove a serious issue, and if it ever happens at all it shouldn’t have any serious affects. The script is under licence from H-Script, which while never as popular as the other main generic mass seller GoldCoders remains relatively common with Russian admins and still remarkably easy to navigate and customer friendly. For safer browsing and more secure transactions NeuralFinance have their website SSL encrypted by Comodo.

Any further questions or support related issues then NeuralFinance then you have a number of choices. To start with the website is bilingual, available in both Russian and English. The Russian version was actually the original default version before English so there isn’t really any secrets about the program’s origins. First of all you should always consult the website’s FAQ section before reaching out to the admin or any support operators. If that doesn’t help matters then you’ll find an e-mail support form where you can fill out your details and submit your query available via the contacts page. Alternatively you can contact the admin directly via e-mail using the listed address. Probably of least interest to the regular industry players, NeuralFinance list a postal address in the UK, most likely a virtual/serviced office where you won’t find anyone remotely connected with NeuralFinance physically located, but I guess it does lend a certain air of professionalism to programs for those new to the industry. More practical use is the social media network profiles, where you will find the NeuralFinance admin active on Facebook, VK, Instagram, OK, a YouTube channel, and a Telegram account for chat and support. I should point out though that a lot of what you will find on these profiles tends to lean a lot more towards Russian speakers.

The alleged business activities of NeuralFinance involve IT technologies and the development of artificial intelligence. Regular HYIP players will no doubt ignore such claims, but just for newbies you know even if this were entirely genuine, there’s absolutely no guarantee that such things are profitable, indeed for every trader making millions of dollars in that particular market it has to be funded by the losses made by others. So whether you choose to believe it or not, the fact remains that NeuralFinance is still a game you need to play cautiously. I mean don’t be afraid of the risks, if nothing else trying to make a couple of extra bucks for yourself on the side with an online venture should first and foremost be fun I would say. But do at least be aware of the risks. Set yourself a sensible spending limit that’s based on your own disposable income and what you can comfortably afford both to spend and to lose. Keep your investments at a level you enjoy, not something you worry about because that’s no fun at all. And if you are joining NeuralFinance then at least try to keep them as part of a wider more diverse portfolio.

MALTAPRIVATE INTRODUCTION

I’ll start the news section by introducing a brand new program called MaltaPrivate that joined the Premium List on MNO last night, immediately after its official launch. It features just one investment plan that used to be very popular among HYIP investors recently – 12% for 12 business days. So by investing at least $10 into MaltaPrivate via PerfectMoney, Payeer, AdvCash, BitCoin, or Ethereum you will get paid 12% from Monday to Friday for 12 business days which is almost two-and-a-half calendar weeks and will hopefully end up with 44% net profit by expiry. MaltaPrivate runs off a custom-made script which is nevertheless very easy to use and all the payments are processed instantly. Their website is bi-lingual with both English and Russian versions, and I believe the admin is also trying to cater particularly to the Russian market, while choosing MNO to cover the international bases. On the downside though is the investment minimum which quite high at $50 via the USD based processors, and even higher 0.0082 BTC, or 0.057 ETH, which might discourage smaller investors. MaltaPrivate is very secure with SSL by Comodo, and hosted on a CloudFlare server protected against DDoS attacks. As already tested by me personally, I can confirm that MaltaPrivate does pay instantly and so was moved to Paying status on the MNO monitor. It’s scheduled to be reviewed on Sunday, so don’t miss it if you wish to find out more about their main features. Next up is the introduction of yet another Premium Listed program that joined MNO only a couple of hours ago – RightCorp. The program only started five days ago but I believe that many early investors have already picked it up as a part of a diverse portfolio. And for good reason – the RightCorp website looks great and excels in design and general layout, so it appeals to investors straight away on opening it for the first time. The available investment plans are also designed seemingly for every taste. There are six of them in total: three paying once on expiry – 105% after 5 days, 165% after 21 days, 200% after 35 days, two others will include the principal in daily payouts – 7% for 21 days, 10.5% for 11 days, and the last one will offer you daily payouts with the principal return on expiry – 2.5% for 21 days. I will go through all them in detail in the upcoming review which I plan to post on MNO provisionally on Tuesday. JAZZLEGAMES – MOVED TO SCAM! DO NOT INVEST!

Sadly, JazzleGames didn’t live up to the high expectations many investors had for it and stopped instant payouts two days ago while immediately being moved first to Problem and then to Scam status on the MNO monitor. I became aware of the problem thanks to one of my readers who reported on that to my email address and after checking the forums on the subject I found out that it was true which caused the immediate action from my part. Overall, JazzleGames only managed to run for a month which was barely enough for the members on the first test plan to profit, while people on the most popular plan who were paid 3.6% daily could barely break even, provided they joined the program in the first couple of days. With the introduction of the new investment plans I thought there could be a new beginning for JazzleGames, but apparently the admin only used that stunt to collect the few last bucks from investors and shut up shop for good. That happened before, of course, but this time I did believe that for JazzleGames it was just too early to finish the program like that. And although the project generally failed to attract many MNO readers I’m still disappointed with the admin’s lack of ambition.

BLOCKCHAINALLIANCE – REFUSED TO RETURN PRINCIPAL AT THE END OF THE CYCLE! AVOID!

Although BlockchainAlliance has paid the usual monthly profit payment yesterday, when it comes to the principal return at the end of the six month investment term the admin is no hurry. I’ve issued a warning to him about the consequences of not paying the principal back as he should, but it looks like it’s fallen on deaf ears. That prompted me to move BlockchainAlliance to Problem status on the MNO monitor today and issue a warning about further investments. With more or less stable monthly payments over the last six months since BlockchainAlliance has been listed on MNO it was perhaps the admin’s plan not to pay deposits back, thus leaving investors at a loss anyway. I’m pleased to see that none of the MNO downline has an active deposit in BlockchainAlliance at the moment, so I guess there will be no loss for my referrals at all. However, in any case please note that the program’s status on the MNO monitor has been changed to Problem today and will be further downgraded to Scam if the situation doesn’t change by tomorrow. Stay away!
